Baignoire Mini, size 17

The Baignoire is Cartier's oval — a soft, elongated case first drawn in the 1910s and named for its resemblance to a bathtub. In the mini size, reference WGBA0050 is pure jewellery: a polished 18k yellow gold case flowing into a rigid gold bangle.

The silvered dial keeps to Cartier's codes, with Roman numerals following the curve of the case, blued-steel sword hands and a crown set with a blue cabochon.

Small, precise and entirely gold, it is a watch to be worn alone or stacked with bracelets.
