The manufacturer’s boutique packaging — box, dust bag, ribbon — travels untouched. It is placed inside a plain, neutral protective outer box, so nothing on the outside signals what is within.
Documents
Where the maker issues warranty cards, certificates or receipts, they accompany the piece. Not every category carries a manufacturer warranty; your quote will say what to expect for your specific item.
Inspection in Johannesburg
Every piece is routed Dubai → Johannesburg, where it is unpacked from its outer box, photographed, checked against your approved specification and repacked before final delivery.
